House Speaker Nancy Pelosi once again stumbled her way through a speech at the U.S./Mexico border over the weekend designed to undermine President Trump’s efforts to build a wall.

24 News reports video of the senior Democrat shows her struggling to speak coherently during a border press conference in Laredo, Texas on Saturday.

Pelosi was there to share a hug in a ceremony with a Mexican official and affirm her opposition to Trump’s national emergency declaration.

In a stuttering speech, Pelosi called the President’s act “lawless” and “dishonoring” and reasserted that “there isn’t going to be a wall.”

Saturday’s event came one day after Pelosi helped launch the House Democrats’ effort to block the declaration.
