The city of San Francisco is in the midst of a major homeless crisis and all the mess that comes with it.
Fox News reports a major medical association pulled out of holding its annual convention in the city — saying its members no longer feel safe.
This after 20 pounds of human poop was dumped on a sidewalk last week in a clear plastic bag and stayed there for hours.
The San Francisco Post reports “human waste-related complaints…have skyrocketed 400 percent” in the last 10 years, and “In 2017 alone, more than 21,000 reports were received.”
Supporters are trying to push through an initiative that would further tax businesses and residents to raise $300 million a year in addition to the $300 million already spent to build housing for the homeless.
