HB68 - SAFE Act- The Save Women’s Sports Act prohibits males from competing in female-only sports and the Ohio SAFE Act protects minors from experimental, sterilizing, and irreversible procedures.
SB104 - Thw law requires people at Ohio K-12 public schools and public and private colleges and universities to use the restroom that matches up with their biological sex.
