In this segment Jack welcomes back to The Windsor Report Ohio Secretary of State Frank Larose. Frank tells us what he and office learned on Tuesday, and what key lessons they took away. Frank is a U.S. Army Reservist and a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, and using that background he has instituted what is called in the military an "After Action Review." He created an AAR Board to dissect what went right and what went wrong in Ohio elections, to keep them one of the best-run, most transparent in the country.

Then Jack asks Frank his thoughts on what the election revealed politically both locally and nationally. The conversation wraps up with Jack making Frank be the "Inaugural contestant" of "The Windsor Challenge," where Jack asks guests random questions he gets from listeners online. This particular question revolves around the letter sent by Union County Treasurer before the election that some feel may have helped defeat the Johnathan-Alder bond issue.
